For our office in Milan we are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our insurance practice to support the development and growth of a team of finance transformation professionals.
As Senior Consultant you will be responsible for initiatives that will involve the key stakeholders and related functions of the the Finance area of Insurance Companies. You will help manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects often in International contexts, diverse in complexity, domain, and technology. You will apply the standard project management, methods, practices, processes and tools ensuring that the programmes and projects are consistently following the structured Project Management framework & tooling.
Technical Skills required
* 2-4 years of professional working experience in consulting firm or insurance companies.
* Solid knowledge of Finance preferably referred to Insurance sector.
* Previous experience in Project Management/PMO.
* Well-developed understanding of process design and documentation, ideally for closing processes and target operating models (insurance operations and finance)
* Deep understanding of process for the creation of business requirements for the technical implementation in regards with transformation projects focusing on finance and insurance finance operations
* Extensive understanding of accelerators and tools that could support Finance processes and operations
* Working knowledge of financial regulation and legislation
* Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy
* Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking and pragmatic approach
* Solid communication and presentation skills
* Organisational and planning skills; team management skills;
* Excellent knowledge of business English
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word
