The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Partner 2 (TAP 2) role is to manage and consult on all aspects of the hiring process for all positions and to directly source for non-core positions as needed. (Core positions defined as Pillar plus whatever Global Talent Acquisition determined strategically necessary to source). Provide subject matter and problem resolution expertise to clients (HM and/or SBP), as needed. Provide guidance to ensure all candidates receive the KO best in class defined experience. Manage team of TAP 1 recruiting professionals across Europe business (40+ countries). Global experience living and working in foreign markets is highly desired. They will act as a knowledge manager for talent pipelining and competitive intelligence, developing and maintaining a pipeline of key potential candidates at all levels across the European business.  Travel Requirements: Travel may be required for job fairs, college or recruiting events. Travel will be across European business and determined geographically by business unit needs.
