Reporting to the Country Sales Prosumer Director the Solution Sales Manager drives a team of Major Account Executives focused on selling to Apple Major Accounts. He/she coordinates account planning and sales follow up to grow Apple Solutions Sales. He/she also works with the EMEIA Business Development team to drive Apple business growth in the overall vertical markets where Apple has historically strong presence (Video, Design and Print) and new challenge of iPad in Enterprise/Government environment adoption. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Team Management:Directly manage a team of Major Account Sales Executives and Business Development ManagerPro actively interact with an Inside Sales Executive who supports the Major Account Sales initiativesActivity Alignment:Define the team vision and mission in alignment with the EMEIA strategy. Set priorities for the team and coordinate activities to ensure maximum potential development in alignment with the WW Apple Product news and professional market trends.Ensure that BDM activities are aligned to grow vertical markets that would be designated as strategic ones by the EMEIA team whilst ensure that they also focus on coordinating activities to drive sales potential.
