Our client is a multinational company leader in the sector of online sales.Reporting to the HR Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities: - Ensure compliance with policies, while implementing and enforcing the company procedures; - Manage Union relations in conformity with the European legislation, Labor Laws, HR Policies, HR Processes, and Compensation; - Implement and develop internal and external communication; - Participate on global Human Resources projects on a national and international level; - Develop and maintain management performance, as well as formation within the organization; - Manage compensation and benefit, while implementing administration and payroll; - Develop and maintain career growth within the structure and business unit; - Supervise and support the business unit with strategies towards the line management. The candidate should have a University Degree in an appropriate field with a strong academic record, with a minimum and proven of 3 to 5 years experience in a Human Resources role preferably gained in an International company within the logistics or industrial sector.
