In this role you will manage compensation and benefits programs for the EMEA region, working in partnership with global COE teams. You will oversee benchmarking, salary pricing, audits, annual reviews, and benefits administration to ensure parity and compliance. You will address employee inquiries, support policy execution, and drive retention through data-driven insights. The position involves cross-country program management using global systems, with a clear impact on talent strategy and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilità
- Manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and salary range maintenance by geography
- Conduct ad-hoc salary analyses and market pricing by role
- Support bi-annual employee data audits and annual review cycle (salary increases, bonuses, RSUs)
- Address compensation inquiries and resolve issues within SLA
- Assist leadership with retention analyses and talent strategies
- Collaborate with Compensation COE on philosophy and program changes
- Support policy and process execution and communications
- Manage and resolve benefits inquiries via service portal
- Oversee administration of benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness) and vendor coordination
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain Leave of Absence records
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of compensation/benefits experience OR Associate's with 4+ years OR High School diploma with 6+ years
- Experience in compensation and benefits operations, preferably in multi-country or multinational settings
- Proficiency with Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar ERP systems (operational level) is a plus if stated
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
