As Territory Manager in Italy, you will own the territory P&L and lead a cross-functional team to grow ARR, improve retention, and win new customers. You will shape regional strategy, collaborate with marketing, product, and partners, and drive adoption of AI tools to boost productivity and market intelligence. Your role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution to position Mastercam as the leading CAD/CAM solution in your region. This role offers the chance to influence regional growth within a global digital transformation agenda.

Responsabilità

  • Manage territory P&L and execute sales plans to hit or exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and guide the full sales cycle with Account Managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local partners to drive sales dynamics
  • Conduct regular customer visits, understand needs, and deliver solutions while forecasting in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Education, and Strategic Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategy and stay ahead in the region
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demos; maintain accurate sales records and KPI reporting
  • Provide leadership and development for Account Managers; drive a culture of continuous improvement and best practices
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sales productivity, market research, and customer segmentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to integrate feedback into product and market expansion initiatives
  • Oversee cross-regional and OEM/channel collaboration to expand Mastercam's market presence
  • Fulfill other duties assigned by leadership

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Minimum 10 years in a sales role with 5+ years leading regional or territory teams
  • Proven success in growing ARR, renewals, and subscription or perpetual revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and value-based selling techniques
  • Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams across a territory
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets through innovative sales approaches
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience leading change management and adoption of new tools/processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Teams)
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • German language skills not required (location Italy)
