In this role you will support the Technology Innovation and Data team to keep all computer systems, data and voice communications running smoothly at the property. You will partner with hotel departments and Corporate to deliver reliable IT services, participate in major technology initiatives, and ensure 24/7 operation of critical systems. You will mentor and cover TID duties when leaders are absent, while upholding Four Seasons technology standards. Responsabilità

Maintain positive relationships across departments and Corporate while upholding work standards
Provide guest and staff IT support aligned with Service Level Agreements
Ensure 24/7 operation of critical hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, HSIA, call accounting)
Oversee TID responsibilities in the absence of senior staff
Assist with user procedures, hardware familiarization, and systems training
Perform systems administration (user accounts, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation)
Contribute to server management, performance monitoring, OS updates, and fault diagnosis
Support back office, sales & catering, and people & culture applications
Diagnose outages, restore services, and manage antivirus protection
Promote technology standards and participate in major projects and rollouts
Provide desktop support and software patches for end users
Assist with Microsoft tools, VPN, and communication platforms
Support backup and recovery procedures and vendor management
Provide 24/7 coverage for mission-critical systems
Contribute to network security and infrastructure (AD, servers, wired/wireless, firewalls)
Perform additional duties as assigned by Finance leadership or the Director of TID
Apply technology best practices
Provide HSIA support when needed
