Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will maintain and support the property's computer systems, data and voice networks, ensuring high availability and smooth guest services. You will work with the IT team to implement and operate technology solutions that enable exceptional hospitality experiences. You’ll provide direct guest support and partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain standards and internal controls. Responsabilità

Ensure effective user support and system availability; document procedures and hardware familiarity
Systems administration including accounts, configurations, troubleshooting and on-site documentation
Manage server infrastructure, monitor performance, upgrade operating systems and troubleshoot
Contribute to technology implementations and assist in budgeting for technology
Provide direct guest support and support for function rooms and conference services

Requisiti fondamentali

Technical background with MSCE or strong networking skills
Experience supporting complex networks
Ability to coordinate with the IT Director for daily IT operations
Understanding of internal controls and familiarity with hotel quality/service standards
Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration
Proactive mindset with problem solving, decision making and strategic thinking
Fluency in English and Italian
