In this role you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Italy, aligning hiring with business values and goals. You will partner with P&O teams and hiring managers to shape a strategic TA roadmap, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll manage vendor relationships, uphold local labor law compliance, and leverage metrics to boost time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. You’ll also support employer branding to strengthen Bolton as an employer of choice.

Responsabilità

Define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy
Collaborate with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance
Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness
Support employer branding initiatives to position Bolton as an employer of choice

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with international context
Proficiency in Italian; fluent in English (written and spoken)
