As Strategic Projects Manager, you will drive high-impact initiatives and new product launches to strengthen Satispay’s market position and revenue growth. You’ll work from Milan HQ within the CEO Office, coordinating cross-functional teams to turn strategic plans into measurable outcomes. You’ll navigate ambiguity, manage complex programs, and advocate data-driven, user-first solutions. This role offers the chance to shape major initiatives across the group and partner with leadership on critical choices.

Responsabilità

Lead large-scale strategic initiatives and product launches with clear governance and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional planning with Finance, Tech & Product, Legal & Regulatory, Marketing, and Business Development
Monitor scope, risks, and changes to ensure on-time delivery and value realization
Oversee a diverse project portfolio, providing strategic direction and prioritization
Develop data-backed solutions to complex business problems with a user-first approach
Influence and align with C-level stakeholders on objectives and execution
Introduce and promote best practices, methodologies, and continuous improvement across the company
Act as trusted advisor to leadership in strategic domains such as consumer, merchant, employer, and operations
Foster cross-department collaboration and innovation aligned with overarching goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Business related fields with 2–4 years in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-growing scale-up
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with a track record of building consensus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with business economics literacy
Strong Italian and English communication and presentation skills for senior audiences
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
Proactive, autonomous mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment
