Responsabilità

Lead strategic initiatives and large-scale programs, guiding critical product launches
Drive collaborative planning with Finance, Tech & Product, Legal & Regulatory, Marketing, and Business Development
Monitor and mitigate scope changes, issues, and risks to ensure successful delivery
Oversee a diverse project portfolio with varied timelines and complexities
Develop data-backed solutions to tackle complex business challenges with a user-first approach
Influence and partner with leadership, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution
Champion best practices, methods, and frameworks to improve efficiency
Act as strategic thought partner to leadership across consumer, merchant, employer, and operations
Foster cross-departmental collaboration and innovation aligned with overarching goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor or Master degree with 2–4 years in top-tier strategy consulting or fast-growing scale-ups
FinTech experience is a strong plus
Exceptional management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to develop data-driven strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills in Italian and English for senior audiences
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple initiatives
Proactive, autonomous mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity
Willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
