In this role you will shape the long-term growth of Vertiv's Chilled Water portfolio and steer strategic initiatives across global datacenter markets. You will deliver market foresight, competitive intelligence, and investment guidance to align portfolio evolution with regional needs. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies, guiding product roadmaps, regulatory impacts, and technology inflection points. This position offers an opportunity to influence a high-impact product line within a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilità

define 3-year growth scenario and long-term ambitions for CW portfolio
lead market dynamics assessments across regions and customer segments
conduct competitive intelligence and quarterly reviews to inform strategy
own data validation, TAM/SAM forecasts, and market share analyses
collaborate with Strategy and Product teams to convert insights into actions
support M&A screening and synergy assessments with Corporate Development

Requisiti fondamentali

8+ years in Product Management, Strategy, Market Intelligence, or related roles in HVAC, datacenter cooling, or industrial systems
strong understanding of chilled water architectures and datacenter thermal management
proven track record in strategic planning, competitive intelligence, or portfolio strategy
ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
experience in a global, matrixed organization
