In this senior leadership role, you own end-to-end system architecture for next-generation edge processing subsystems and lead delivery as the Lead SEL within the IPS line. You will collaborate with chief engineers, program management, and customers to shape technical direction across multiple programs. The position combines hands-on technical work with agile leadership to drive impactful, high-speed development cycles. You will operate across the full systems engineering lifecycle, contributing to multiple programs and ensuring successful outcomes.

Responsabilità

Collaborate with Chief Engineers, program management, business development, operations, supply chain, and leadership
Guide architecture, integration, verification, and delivery across programs
Lead as SEL within IPS to shape technical direction on high-impact projects
Engage with customers to ensure successful outcomes across matrixed, multi-disciplinary teams
Contribute to multiple fast-moving programs addressing complex systems challenges

Requisiti fondamentali

BS or higher in a STEM field
Typically 12+ years in Systems Engineering across the Systems Vee lifecycle and full program lifecycle
CONOPS; requirements; architecture definition; trade studies; interface definition; technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR); technical baseline management; production transition
Proven leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams; collaboration with Business Development on captures, BOE/ROM, and volumes
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; eligible for export-controlled information
