Experteer Overview
As Sport Marketing Manager for Bosch eBike Systems in Italy, you drive sport and leisure segment marketing from strategy to execution, aligning with global objectives and local initiatives. You’ll implement cross-channel campaigns, plan local eBike events, and manage partnerships and brand ambassadors to raise awareness and strengthen positioning. You will collaborate with HQ in Germany and support IBDs, OEMs, and tourism partners while monitoring market dynamics and reporting on impact. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful scope in a growth-oriented space.
Responsabilità
- Shape sportive and leisure segment strategy and execution for Italy
- Execute global marketing activities across the customer journey and all channels for sportive segment
- Coordinate Sales Marketing activities toward IBDs with country support
- Plan and run local eBike events for consumers, IBDs, and OEMs
- Partner with tourism entities to boost brand and product awareness in sport
- Manage brand ambassadors and sponsorships related to sportive topics
- Monitor market/competition and prepare regular activity reports
- Lead project management, HQ collaboration, press relations, and budget control for sportive/leisure segments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years in B2B2C marketing in sport industry with focus on outdoor activities, bicycles, and eBike
- Experience in marketing mix project management (events, online, sales marketing, sponsorship)
- Knowledge of common marketing tools and methods; excellent communication skills
- Italian and English: advanced speaking and writing skills
