In this role you will ensure robust accounting operations and high-quality reporting within a small team in a global financial services group. You will manage general ledger, oversee AP/AR, perform monthly closings and IFRS group reporting, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting. You will monitor KPIs, handle tax filings, bank reconciliations, and support audit processes. You will drive continuous improvement of accounting tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and risk controls. This position offers hybrid work near Lausanne with potential relocation within Vaud.
Responsabilità
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate financial records
- Oversee AP/AR processes and ensure correct postings within the team
- Perform monthly closings and produce IFRS reporting for Group consolidated accounts
- Contribute to preparation of annual budget and financial forecasting
- Monitor and analyse monthly and quarterly KPIs
- Prepare tax filings (e.g. VAT returns)
- Support operational risk monitoring activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure data consistency
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes
- Support continuous improvement by administering and optimising accounting tools
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, fiduciary/accounting firm, or Family Office
- Strong expertise in financial & management accounting with IFRS knowledge
- Proficiency with accounting IT tools administration
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong prioritisation, rigour, deadline adherence, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Based in Vaud canton or willing to relocate/commute with some remote work
