Experteer Overview

As a Startup Solutions Architect, you help startups leverage AWS to turn ideas into scalable cloud-native solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, shaping architectures and guiding customers toward measurable business outcomes. You will create and share technical content and reference architectures, while evangelizing AWS through workshops and events. You join a cross-functional team dedicated to accelerating startup adoption of AWS technologies at scale, helping founders build secure, resilient systems.

Responsabilità

Accelerate customer projects by recommending best-practice, long-term architectures aligned with business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor to startups, tailoring guidance to customer priorities and leveraging AWS and partner technologies to add value.
Capture the voice of the customer to influence AWS feature roadmaps and contribute to technical content and reference architectures (white papers, code samples, blog posts).
Educate and evangelize AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, and online media.
Collaborate with internal teams to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud solutions addressing customer problems.
Continuously learn and develop expertise across industry and technology domains relevant to customers’ outcomes.

Requisiti fondamentali

Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience
Experience in Software, Systems or Data Design
Fluency in Italian and English

Customer-centric mindset Strong communication and storytelling Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork Experience designing, building, refactoring or operating large-scale IT projects (on-premises or cloud)Knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, Java, etc.)Deep knowledge in domains like distributed web/mobile apps, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, analytics, ML, and secure workloads
