As Site IT Support Manager, you will ensure stable, secure IT operations at the Grugliasco site and align local activities with Lear Corporate ICT standards. You’ll lead cross-functional IT efforts across infrastructure, networks, and end-user systems to support business continuity. You’ll drive cybersecurity compliance, audits, and project delivery, shaping the site’s long-range IT plan. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling reliable manufacturing operations through robust ICT governance.

Responsabilità

Lead and coordinate site IT operations across infrastructure, networks, and end-user systems
Ensure IT maintenance, lifecycle management, and support for hardware and software
Act as the local interface for corporate IT initiatives and system implementations
Maintain BIA and manage DR and backup processes
Enforce cybersecurity standards and compliance (GDPR, SOX, ISMS, IATF/TISAX)
Prepare documentation for audits and support internal/external audits
Plan and execute IT projects with timelines, KPIs, and quality
Contribute to the site Long Range Plan (LRP) with ICT Management
Manage local IT budget, vendors, and service contracts
Lead and support internal staff and external providers for continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience in IT management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity principles
Experience in project coordination and budget oversight
Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate governance
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Professional fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
Flexibility to support critical incidents, upgrades, and occasional after-hours activities
