In this role, you will lead the procurement of services within your area to align with the global Procurement Strategy, ensuring value, quality, and sustainability. You will work closely with hotels via the purchasing tool to implement standards and policies. Your focus will be on sourcing, negotiations, and contracts, while driving savings and supplier performance across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to shape procurement practices in a multinational hospitality group.

Responsabilità

Lead tendering, negotiation, and contracting of Company Services aligned with global strategy
Identify needs and analyze scope to group consumptions, services and suppliers
Develop multi-country framework agreements in collaboration with other SPP teams
Supervise compliance with agreements by business units and suppliers
Implement Purchasing policy across different countries/areas
Communicate area guidelines to Services Procurement Director for approval
Collaborate with Managing Director and Business Partner to achieve savings, quality, and service objectives
Monitor budgets and savings objectives and address deviations
Support strategy and standardization to optimize center and hotel operations through supplier and product management
Oversee audit results within area and address weaknesses
Provide requested information to hotels to facilitate orders, payments, and receipts
Maintain direct liaison with Corporate through the Services Procurement Director

Requisiti fondamentali

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
University degree in related fields (Facility Management, Facility Services, Business Administration and Management, Engineering)
Italian, English, and French mandatory
