Senior UX Designer at ION Group to shape a growing design team and drive user-centered product design across complex domains. You will collaborate with Product, UI, and Engineering to define strategy, evolve the design system, and ensure user needs steer decisions. You will lead research, translate insights into journeys and prototypes, and advocate for the user in cross-functional workshops. This role offers impact in building end-to-end experiences for customers within FinTech products.

Responsabilità

Lead user-centered design activities to tackle complex business challenges
Research user needs and pain points to guide design direction
Translate insights into journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with Product and Business teams to understand domain and requirements
Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions
Present research findings and design rationale with clear trade-offs
Advocate for the user and challenge assumptions
Coordinate with UX/UI Designers to align research, interaction, and visuals
Work with Engineers to ensure feasible, well-implemented designs
Contribute to design system definition and evolution
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented team culture

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of UX design experience
Strong user-centered design, research methods, and design thinking
Proven ability to design end-to-end experiences for complex products
Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
Proficiency with Figma and Sketch
Excellent ability to communicate complex design concepts
Comfortable in Agile environments and distributed teams
Curious, persistent, and motivated to explore alternatives
Portfolio showing design process and final deliverables
Fluency in English (B2)
Valid EU work permit for non-EU candidates
