In this role, you will lead transportation bids and oversee delivery of major infrastructure projects within a multinational team. You’ll shape feasibility studies, detailed designs, and project management while strengthening client relationships across domestic and international markets. You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with standards. The opportunity combines business development with hands-on design and delivery, in a dynamic, global firm. You’ll help drive impactful transportation solutions at scale.

Responsabilità

Lead and support bids and offers from technical and managerial perspectives
Manage content for bids and proposals for major infrastructure programs in Italy and abroad
Build and maintain relationships with clients locally, nationally, and internationally
Identify and pursue new transportation market opportunities domestically and internationally
Oversee feasibility studies, schemes, and detailed designs, and manage project delivery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Requisiti fondamentali

Minimum 10 years of experience leading domestic transportation projects
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong knowledge of Italian and international design standards and regulations
Proven ability to lead multinational teams on infrastructure projects and bids
Proficiency in structural, road/rail, geotechnical, and environmental engineering design, including BIM coordination environments
Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Experience with cost estimates and BoQ according to Italian standards
Exposure to clients at national, international, and local levels
