In this role you will lead end-to-end recruiting for BIC across Europe, shaping talent acquisition to support global growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve candidate experience, and build innovative sourcing pipelines. Your work will strengthen our employer brand and drive cost-efficient hiring. This opportunity offers meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a global reach.
Responsabilità
- Full cycle recruitment for diverse disciplines across global locations
- Manage candidate experience and coach hiring managers on processes
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines and partner with universities and peers to boost flow
- Promote the BIC employer brand on social media, post jobs, and engage candidates
- Execute candidate workflow in SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Monitor and reduce recruitment costs
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
- Experience with SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- International recruitment experience
- FMCG experience a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, multitasking, organization, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to pipeline talent and source passive candidates
- Track record of excellent customer satisfaction with stakeholders
