As Senior Software Engineer on the Supply Platform, you will shape end-to-end features across the stack to support communities and product teams. You’ll contribute to frontend and backend solutions aligned with UX/UI designs, focusing on quality, performance, and scalability. You’ll help identify architectural approaches based on business needs and technical complexity. You’ll work closely with Product and Design to optimize the user experience and product delivery. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-growing travel platform that values collaboration and growth.

Responsabilità

Develop front-end and back-end solutions aligned with UX/UI designs for end users and admins
Propose and implement architectural solutions to balance business requirements and technical complexity
Improve user experience and product quality through robust, scalable implementations
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align on delivery and outcomes
Contribute to testing and deployment processes to ensure reliable releases

Requisiti fondamentali

4/5+ years of autonomous project delivery and stakeholder management
Autonomous delivery of backend/frontend solutions from requirements to delivery
Product- and outcome-driven mindset
Experience in tech leadership, delegation, and team coordination
Delivery management experience and Agile practices
Experience collaborating with Product and Design on requirements
Familiarity with using AI in development workflows (AI IDEs/CLIs) and related tooling
