Experteer Overview

In this Full Stack role, you will evolve our Supply Platform using Nest and Vue to deliver scalable front-end and back-end features. You will collaborate with PMs, EMs and designers to shape architecture and optimize user experience. You’ll tackle technical complexity and align delivery with business needs, contributing across APIs and UI. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a fast-growing company that values autonomy and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilità

Develop frontend and backend solutions aligned with UX/UI designs and scale quality
Propose architectural solutions based on business requirements and manage technical complexity
Enhance user experience and overall product quality across platforms

Requisiti fondamentali

4/5+ years of autonomous project delivery and stakeholder management
Autonomous in delivering backend/frontend solutions and requirements
Outcome- and product-driven mindset
Experience in tech leadership and delivery management with Agile practices
Collaborates with Product and Design to meet business needs
Familiarity with AI in development workflows using AI IDEs (Cursor/Copilot) and CLIs (Claude Code CLI or Gemini CLI)
Tech stack familiarity: SEO/UI/UX, Vue/Nuxt3 (or React), Typescript, RESTful APIs/GraphQL, Node/NestJS, SQL (Postgres/BigQuery or MySQL), Git, GitHub Actions, Docker
