As Senior Project Manager in our Denmark R&D Hub, you lead high-impact New Product Development programs from business case to market release. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and deliver customer-focused solutions. You shape outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid agile setting, removing blockers and ensuring on-time, on-budget launches. This role combines technical curiosity with strategic oversight to drive significant business impact in climate solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization and mentor teams toward continuous improvement.

Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end New Product Development programs from business case to product release and handover to operations
Manage cross-functional project teams (typically 5-10 people) with clear objectives and alignment on scope, schedule, resources, and dependencies
Stabilize delivery on mid-flight projects, remove blockers, and drive to successful closure under pressure
Own risk and budget management, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and escalate issues with fact-based recommendations
Act as sparring partner for teams and stakeholders to drive commit-ready decisions and project progress

Requisiti fondamentali

Solid experience in product development and program leadership in an R&D or engineering environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Business acumen with technical curiosity to balance commercial impact and technical realities
Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities; structured, data-driven collaboration
