In this role you will lead the Treasury Ledger workstream at Wise, ensuring real-time integrity and compliance of cross‑currency transactions across the global ecosystem. You will shape and own the ledger as the authoritative data source, enabling traders and operations with trusted, actionable information. You’ll drive the evolution from a ledger tool to a proactive control platform at scale, supporting executive decision‑making and risk management. Responsabilità

Lead the Treasury Ledger workstream within the Treasury Product team
Own and evolve a ledger platform to guarantee real-time integrity and compliance of all transactions
Design and implement a controls framework for ledger accuracy and reconciliation
Provide downstream teams (Traders, Operations) with trusted data for execution, settlement, and reconciliation
Define the product strategy to achieve real-time reconciliation and global scale
Prioritise and implement new product flows into the Ledger
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maintain a single source of consumable data for strategic decisions
Scale the system to process 2bn+ journal entries per month

Requisiti fondamentali

Domain understanding of treasury systems in engineering, data, or product roles
Multiple years of hands-on product building experience in tech/finance
Strong technical leadership with ability to discuss architecture, data models, and infrastructure
Hands-on contributor with a track record of delivering product roadmaps and KPIs
Experience moving KPIs with shipped features and building clear product roadmaps
Demonstrated ability to design interconnected systems with system‑level thinking
Extensive treasury experience in high-volume financial environments
Flexible, learning-oriented approach to product roles and collaboration
