As Senior Product Manager for the Data Platform, you define and drive the roadmap for core data infrastructure, ensuring scalability for analytics, ML, and operations. You partner with engineers to guide critical backend services within our microservices setup and make high-stakes architectural decisions. You enable advanced analytics through robust infrastructure and governance via semantic layer and data catalog. You own privacy, compliance, and reliability as foundational platform principles, helping the company scale with data-driven impact.

Responsabilità

Define and execute the Data Platform roadmap and ensure scalability for analytics, ML, and operations
Oversee lifecycle of backend services and internal tools underpinning the microservices architecture
Collaborate with engineers on architectural decisions (build vs. buy, real-time vs. batch, sync vs. async)
Enable advanced analytics and ML through infrastructure like feature stores and model monitoring pipelines
Drive data governance and quality initiatives (semantic layer, data catalog)
Ensure privacy, compliance, and reliability are embedded in the platform core

Requisiti fondamentali

7+ years of experience as Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Solution Architect (preferred)
Deep understanding of Data Stack (cloud data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT, orchestration)
Experience with backend systems including microservices, API integrations (REST/gRPC), and high-volume transactional systems (payments/notifications)
Ability to discuss architectural trade-offs, scalability, and maintenance with technical leads
Ability to translate business goals into concrete technical roadmaps for data and platform products
Proficiency in communicating with both engineers and business stakeholders
English fluency for effective communication
