Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end design of new features and products from discovery to delivery
- Grow and improve design system for scalability and consistency
- Own the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy
- Act as strategic partner to influence product direction and business goals
- Mentor the design team and promote a culture of design excellence
- Drive exploration and adoption of new tools and processes (including AI) to raise quality and efficiency
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform product strategy
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusion for users with impairments
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing leadership in shipping complex, large-scale products
- Deep UX expertise and ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design/research tools
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven experience mentoring designers and contributing to a positive team culture
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect design decisions to KPIs
- Autonomous, proactive, with stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English
