As a Senior Product Designer, you partner with the Chief Product Officer to tackle high-impact, cross-functional challenges and steer the design of key features and systems. You own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, shaping a scalable design system and elevating design quality. You influence product direction with data-driven insights while mentoring the design team and exploring new tooling, including AI. You’ll operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment and advocate for accessibility and inclusion. This role offers strategic impact at scale within a mission-driven fintech company.

Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end design of new features and products, from discovery to delivery
- Help grow and improve the design system for scalability and consistency
- Own the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy
- Act as a strategic partner to influence product direction and business goals
- Mentor the design team and elevate design quality
- Explore and adopt new tools and processes, including AI, to improve quality and efficiency
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform strategy
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusion across design decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years of product design experience with leadership in shipping complex, large-scale products
- Deep UX expertise and ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design/research tools
- Excellent communication to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
- Proven experience mentoring designers and contributing to a positive team culture
- Strong business acumen and ability to tie design decisions to KPIs
- Autonomy, proactive mindset, and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English
