In this role you own and optimise the end-to-end forecasting process to support data-driven decisions across Demand, Inventory, Sales, and Product teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and lead cross-functional improvements to forecasting tools and data flows. You’ll analyze performance, uncover root causes, and present insights to enable timely, risk-aware decisions. This position combines analytical rigor with collaboration to drive a scalable, open-minded forecasting culture.

Responsabilità

Own end-to-end forecasting process and collaborate with Demand & Inventory Managers and Product Team
Analyze forecasting performance, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions
Develop, maintain, and present KPI reports; translate business needs into technical requirements
Contribute actionable forecasting insights to Sales and Operations Planning and Execution
Lead standardization and simplification initiatives for forecasting processes, tools, and data flows
Foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration and Supply Chain Management with quantitative focus
5+ years of relevant forecasting experience (sales/demand/SKU/inbound/outbound forecasting, data analytics, BI)
Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in a fast-paced environment (CPG/FMCG)
SQL querying ability; advanced MS Excel; MS PowerPoint
Experience with MS Power BI and Tableau is a big plus
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and decision-making
Precise yet pragmatic approach; flexible application of methods to situations
Open-minded team player with ability to present complex ideas simply
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on attitude and idea contribution
