In this role you will drive FSQ governance and Hygienic Design across Ferrero Engineering projects. Based in Alba, you will lead training and development of FSQ teams and engineering colleagues to embed safety and quality standards. You’ll oversee FAT/SAT procedures, risk assessments, and supplier interactions to ensure compliant equipment and layouts. You will partner with Health & Safety and external bodies to raise Hygienic Design expertise and foster a cross-functional culture. This is an opportunity to shape Ferrero’s safety and quality practices at scale.

Responsabilità

Define governance across project life cycle to ensure FSQ requirements are met
Support project managers to ensure FSQ standards are followed from design to hand-over
Assist project engineers to verify Hygienic Design compliance of new machines
Coach factory teams to identify and close Hygienic Design gaps
Formalize FSQ requirements for Hygienic Design in equipment and buildings
Maintain an internal FSQ and Hygienic Design standards database
Support procedures for Equipment Suppliers FAT/SAT and participate in tests
Contribute to risk assessments and validate machines with Engineering and Industrial teams
Collaborate with Health & Safety to align FSQ/Hygienic Design with safety requirements
Train and coach employees and managers; participate in FSQ non-conformity investigations
Engage with external equipment suppliers and industry bodies to advance Hygienic Design knowledge

Requisiti fondamentali

Master in Food Process Engineering
15+ years of experience in the Food Industry in global FMCG roles
Strong technical knowledge of food processing technologies, Hygienic Design, and FSQ
Experience with quality management systems and food safety regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
passion for coaching cross-functional teams and promoting Hygienic Design culture
