Responsabilità

Analyze risk transfer needs to design tailored facultative reinsurance solutions
Manage and grow a portfolio of facultative reinsurance business (1st and 3rd party placements)
Build and maintain relationships with cedants, reinsurers, and Italian market stakeholders
Promote facultative reinsurance across WTW lines as part of market strategy
Negotiate terms and conditions for optimal coverage and pricing
Coordinate and prepare detailed placement submissions
Oversee administrative aspects of placements, including documentation and compliance
Support claims-related matters involving facultative reinsurance
Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform broking strategy

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in facultative reinsurance, ideally in a broker or underwriting role
Deep understanding of reinsurance principles, including risk evaluation and pricing
Strong commercial and analytical acumen with ability to handle complex client needs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Proficiency with MS Office tools and reinsurance administration systems is a plus
