In this role you drive customer-centric analytics for Marketing and Prime in Europe, turning data into actionable insights that boost engagement, sales, and marketing efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams of business stakeholders, scientists, and engineers to design scalable BI solutions and experiments. The role focuses on understanding customer segments, affinities, and lifetime value, shaping analytical strategies across multiple channels. You will operate at the forefront of consumer analytics, delivering impact through robust data models and production-grade pipelines.

Responsabilità

Define and execute the BI strategy for complex analytics problems
Deliver analytics solutions that are robust, scalable, and extensible
Communicate analyses to management with clear narratives and insights
Refine cross-team BI strategies and make long-term vs short-term trade-offs
Design and implement analytics solutions with appropriate data set design
Provide analyses and frameworks that inform multiple teams' decisions
Drive best practices in data modelling and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

7+ years in BI, analytics, or advanced analytics/science roles
Expert-level SQL with complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning
Experience designing and owning end-to-end analytics solutions
Strong data modelling and scalable data warehouses experience
Experience building and maintaining production-grade ETL pipelines
Proficiency in Python (or similar) for data transformation and analytics
Deep understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
Experience translating vague problems into structured analytical solutions
Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights
Experience defining metrics, KPIs, and success criteria aligned with business goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive narratives
