As Compliance Officer (Investment Products) you will help ensure Satispay meets regulatory requirements across investment products, including crypto-asset risks. You will work within a cross-functional team to monitor compliance, advise on regulatory changes, and support licensing and reporting activities. The role focuses on strengthening the compliance framework, risk assessment, and interactions with regulators and auditors. This is a growth-driven, collaborative position that offers ownership and impact in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Responsabilità

Support the Compliance function to implement and maintain a robust monitoring programme
Perform second-line controls, identify weaknesses, and issue actionable recommendations
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks for existing and new investment products including crypto-assets
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management and product teams on impacts
Contribute to regulatory strategy and licensing processes
Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies
Support timely regulatory reporting including CSSF questionnaire on financial crime
Assist regulators and auditors during inspections and audits
Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs
Prepare regular Compliance reports for Authorised Management and Board of Directors

Requisiti fondamentali

3-5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution (bank, EMI, PI, MiFID investment firm, ManCo, or VASP) in Luxembourg or Europe
Regulatory knowledge with experience in compliance frameworks; audits/inspections exposure is a plus
Understanding of European regulations (MiFID II, ideally MiCA) and Luxembourg investment firm laws
Interest in fintech and investments, including virtual assets; familiarity with tech-driven environments
AML/CFT knowledge including transaction monitoring and sanctions
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Curiosity and proactivity; willingness to take initiative
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
