In this role you will help ensure adherence to regulations across investment products, including crypto-assets, by supporting the compliance framework, risk management, and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with product teams and management to anticipate regulatory changes, support licensing efforts, and coordinate audits and training. The role offers ownership in a fast-growing fintech environment, with a focus on shaping compliant product experiences and maintaining strong regulator relations. This position is based in Luxembourg with relocation support.

Responsabilità

Support the Compliance Officer in implementing a robust monitoring programme and second-line controls
Identify and mitigate compliance risks for existing and new investment products, including crypto-assets; assist incident management
Monitor legal/regulatory changes and advise management and product teams on impacts
Contribute to regulatory strategy and licensing activities
Draft and maintain compliance policies; assist in regulatory reporting and the CSSF financial crime questionnaire
Coordinate regulator/auditor interactions and prepare audit responses
Help develop and deliver compliance training for employees
Draft regular Compliance reports to management and the Board

Requisiti fondamentali

3–5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution (Luxembourg or Europe)
Experience with compliance frameworks; audits/inspections exposure is a plus
Understanding of European regulations (MiFID II, ideally MiCA) and Luxembourg laws for investment firms
Interest in fintech/investments and tech-driven environments (e.g., onboarding, transaction monitoring)
AML/CFT knowledge including sanctions and monitoring
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and writing skills
