Responsabilità
- Strategically advise clients and potential clients on legal matters
- Evaluate products and solutions and set up/manage corporate and private legal structures
- Serve as intermediary between internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute as a core team member to sustain the firm’s reputation in trust and corporate services
Requisiti fondamentali
- Masters of Duch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary or Private Law
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Fluent in English & Dutch (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in financial or legal services
