Experteer Overview
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will design and own the data foundations powering growth, marketing, and CRM decisions at WeRoad. You’ll partner with Performance Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to standardize metrics and build scalable data models and pipelines. Your work informs multimillion-euro marketing investments and growth strategy through rigorous analyses and A/B testing. You’ll shape how data supports acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-paced, travel-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to Performance Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams, identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization areas.
- Define and standardize core marketing and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV) for consistency across dashboards and analyses.
- Lead end-to-end funnel and channel analyses to optimize marketing spend and inform budget allocation.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of analytics-ready data models and robust data pipelines for demand, acquisition, performance marketing, and CRM use cases.
- Contribute to the evolution of the analytics engineering stack with data quality, documentation, naming conventions, and testing.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across digital marketing and CRM channels (including Braze).
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve ingestion, tracking, and instrumentation of marketing and CRM data sources.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4/5+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or data roles with exposure to marketing, growth, or CRM data.
- Strong SQL skills and experience building production-grade data models in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience designing clean, well-structured tables serving as the source of truth for reporting and analysis.
- Deep understanding of marketing and acquisition metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, attribution models).
- Experience translating business logic into scalable and reusable data transformations.
- Analytical rigor and curiosity; ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, and Product, and balance short-term needs with long-term data foundations.
- Fluent in English.
