In this role you drive renewals and long-term revenue with our corporate client portfolio, focusing on larger accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Controlling to optimize contracts and identify growth opportunities. Your work supports the company’s mission to scale a global wellbeing ecosystem and keep clients engaged with our products. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position based in Berlin or Cologne.

Responsabilità

  • Manage continuation and renegotiation of existing B2B contracts, with emphasis on large corporate accounts
  • Analyze portfolio data to uncover renewal opportunities and risks; initiate data-driven actions
  • Lead contract negotiations to optimize revenue and margins in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Controlling
  • Drive continuous improvement of renewal-management processes and methods
  • Translate client wishes into negotiation strategies and inform product improvements and future roadmap

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract management, negotiation, sales, or key account management in a B2B environment
  • Results-oriented with ability to assess contract design implications on effort, costs, and strategic value
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities in client portfolios
  • Excellent German and English communication; persuasive with senior executives
  • Confident and credible in discussions with executive-level stakeholders
  • Resilient under pressure with effective handling of challenging negotiations
  • Strong product affinity and ability to represent the solution externally
  • Excellent Google Sheets skills and data-driven analysis
