In this role you drive sales opportunities for Russian and European markets, ensuring smooth handovers for service delivery. Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to generate bookings via calls, events, trade shows, and visits
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and non-duplicative efforts
- Manage relationship with key internal and external stakeholders and provide thorough turnover to Event Management
- Participate in sales calls to acquire or close business
- Execute operational aspects of booked business, including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets for the location
- Understand market trends, competition, and demand to optimize selling strategies
- Deliver service excellence to drive customer loyalty and grow account share
- Support the company’s customer service standards and guest relations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years in sales/marketing or related area
- OR 4-year degree in the same fields; 1 year in sales/marketing or related area
