WebBeds seeks a driven Sales Manager to lead commercial performance across the assigned region, owning sales delivery, margin growth and client cost management. You will maximize revenue, gross profit and market share while ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients. You will manage the full commercial lifecycle for key accounts, build senior-level relationships, and collaborate with revenue, product and contracting teams to ensure the right solutions reach customers. This role involves regional travel, reporting, and representing WebBeds at industry events, with a focus on delivering targets and sustainable growth.
Responsabilità
- Own the region's sales delivery, margin growth and client cost management
- Drive pipeline of new customers month-to-month
- Update client profiles and create new leads in CRM
- Map products with XML clients and coordinate product availability
- Build relationships with C-Level clients to create new opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, XML optimisation, Product Management and contracting teams
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivables and Finance to manage debt exposure
- Provide weekly/monthly regional performance reports
- Monitor market trends and developments
- Travel to regional events and represent the company at fairs and conferences
Requisiti fondamentali
- Established network within the travel sector in the assigned region
- Experience in B2B accommodation or travel tech platform
- Experience with API/XML technical concepts
- Fluent Italian and English; corporate level written English
- Excel and Office package proficiency
- Proven C-level negotiation experience
- Analytical ability to track metrics and ensure target achievement
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, credibility and drive
- Organised, adaptable, resilient under pressure
- Travel availability and flexibility
