In this role you drive commercial activity and contract governance within Cedacri’s Commercial team. You’ll coordinate offers, tender responses, and contractual documentation to support sales success. You work with cross-functional groups to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and maintain a robust knowledge base. The position offers exposure to core banking projects and a chance to influence client engagements. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role with a focus on precision and process optimization.

Responsabilità

Draft and finalize commercial offers with Commercial and Technical teams
Manage contractual documentation for renewals, extensions, and new agreements
Coordinate tender processes with internal technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders
Develop commercial proposals aligned with strategy for different competitive scenarios
Centralize and update client-related documentation
Support commercial documentation in line with ION standards
Handle commercial back-office and administrative activities
Continuously update templates, response models, and the document repository
Analyze tender documentation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and interpret requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

Master’s degree with honors in Management, Engineering, Legal or quantitative disciplines
Desiderable experience in consulting firms (1-2 years)
Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and Core Banking
Strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of Italian and English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
