In this Field Sales role at Mondelēz International, you will strengthen customer relationships and optimise base sales, NPD and promotions to drive retail performance. You will ensure strong visibility and delivery of sales capabilities across retailers, shaping in-store execution. You will lead promotional activities, merchandising, and POS materials placement while reporting on progress. Responsabilità
- Develop professional relationships with customers and optimise base sales, promotions and NPD
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising
- Implement and monitor promotional activities
- Place and execute point-of-buy material
- Report on activities and outcomes
- Drive field KPI delivery and meet annual objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
- Perseverance and attention to details
