Experteer Overview

Regional Key Account Manager role within Technogym's Health, Corporate & Performance team. You will drive sales, profitability, and cash flow for a defined set of Key Accounts in your region, while growing adoption of the Technogym Wellness System (TWS). You’ll manage partnerships, oversee regional agreements, and ensure forecasts and governance standards are met. You’ll work cross-functionally to maximize account value and support a culture focused on growth and wellbeing.

Responsabilità

  • Achieve regional sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Key Accounts
  • Plan and align Key Accounts with company goals using strategic account plans
  • Directly manage and nurture partnerships with Key Accounts
  • Prepare, implement, and control regional agreements with Key Accounts
  • Maximize opportunities and drive growth within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS)
  • Oversee handovers of accounts between team members to ensure continuity
  • Regularly update and manage the group account forecast for accuracy
  • Ensure adherence to Technogym cultural model, policies, and Corporate Governance standards

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 5–7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development with a track record of meeting targets
  • Proven ability to prepare and execute strategic plans for Key Accounts
  • Strong relationship management and partnership skills
  • Experience in agreement drafting and regional contract governance
  • Proven ability to drive growth within a defined system or market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with clear, persuasive presentation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields; Master's/MBA preferred
