In this role you will manage contract negotiations and risk assessment across the inquiry-to-order and order-to-remittance phases, ensuring compliance with Grid Solutions deal risk policies. You will drive commercial operations, risk processes, and contract analyses to improve deal quality, cycle times, and financial performance. The role involves coordinating with tax, legal, commercial finance, and project teams to align on risk mitigations and to support winning proposals. A key focus is building standardized practices and enabling effective governance throughout the deal lifecycle.

Responsabilità

  • Review and redline customer terms and contractual documents
  • Manage risk assessment and registration in Risk Assessment Matrix tool and Salesforce
  • Lead negotiation of NDAs, consortium agreements, and declarations
  • Develop commercial expertise across regional teams and implement risk policies
  • Support ITO teams with KPIs, risk/opportunity assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop winning proposals and meet financial KPIs
  • Drive change management to improve commercial processes and reduce cycle times/costs
  • Support large and complex projects from inquiry to close-out and contract flow-downs
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues and claims with Legal reference when needed
  • Establish project-specific contractual procedures regarding claims, insurance, variation orders, and notices
  • Identify and analyze project risks and opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related area
  • 10-15 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Contract Management, Sales, Risk Mitigation, Tendering, Bid management and/or project management
  • Fluent in English; French and Arabic an advantage
  • Strong contractual and negotiation skills
  • Experience with risk management and complex deal structuring
  • Knowledge of electrical transmission or power projects (advantage)
  • CRM familiarity, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives
