In this role you drive product development and process optimization for Mondelēz’s Italian brands (Biscuits and Savory Snacks) within the MEU R&D Growth Platform. You partner with Italian business and manufacturing stakeholders to deliver consumer-inspired quality and scalable innovations. You’ll lead complex projects, run pilot and industrial trials, and support faster, higher-quality product launches. This position offers cross-border collaboration and a strong impact on brand performance in a dynamic market.

Responsabilità

Lead communication between business partners and manufacturing teams on progress and risks for product and process development
Coordinate with R&D stakeholders to secure decisions and direction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including highly complex initiatives, with limited coaching
Define timelines, design and develop products and processes to meet standards, budgets, and schedules
Organize pilot plant activities, plant trials, and industrial launches with actionable recommendations
Leverage internal networks to accelerate product and process development
Oversee consumer validation processes and manage R&D product validation with consumer science
Travel to Europe (~20–30% of time)

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's degree in related field
5–10 years of professional experience in Biscuit / Savory Snacks
Knowledge of Biscuit/Cereals/Bread and/or Chocolate technologies, ingredients, and processes
Experience with technology implementation, productivity, quality improvement or innovation growth
Leadership capabilities to guide a small team
Ability to manage evolving priorities and adapt to changing landscapes
Excellent execution, organization, project and time management
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse teams
Fluency in English; second language preferred
Relocation not available or specified
Travel readiness for Europe 20–30%
