As Public Policy Manager, you will support the institutional relations strategy across Italy and the EU, helping shape the regulatory future of digital payments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze legislation, draft policy inputs, and advocate with policymakers. The role combines fast-paced government relations with strategic input to drive Satispay’s position in a dynamic FinTech landscape. You’ll travel to Rome, Luxembourg, and Brussels and shape impactful policy.

Responsabilità

Support the operational planning and execution of public affairs strategy
Analyze national and EU legislative/regulatory developments affecting FinTech
Advocate for Satispay’s interests with policymakers and industry stakeholders
Provide policy notes, position papers, and contributions to public consultations
Engage with EU institutions and associations in Brussels
Adapt and refine policy strategies in a fast-changing environment

Requisiti fondamentali

5–7 years in Public Affairs, Government Relations, or Regulatory Affairs in Italy
FinTech experience a significant plus (in-house or consulting/agency)
Strong knowledge of Italian national political dynamics; EU dynamics a plus
Deep understanding of national parliamentary procedures and European co-decision procedures; legislative drafting
Proven track record in strategic advocacy campaigns
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
