As Public Policy Manager, you will support Satispay’s public affairs strategy across Italy and the EU, helping shape the regulatory future of digital payments. You will work within the Institutional Relations team to analyze policy developments, advocate for Satispay’s positions, and engage with policymakers and associations in Brussels. Expect a fast-paced environment with travel to Rome, Luxembourg, and Brussels as you contribute to strategic advocacy and policy papers. Your work connects regulatory insight with business impact, enabling responsible growth.

Responsabilità

Support operational planning and execution of public affairs and government relations strategy
Analyze legislative/regulatory developments affecting FinTech at national and EU levels
Implement targeted advocacy with policymakers and industry stakeholders
Provide in-depth policy notes and position papers for consultations
Engage with EU institutions and associations to align on policy positions
Adapt public policy strategies in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

5 to 7 years in Public Affairs, Government Relations, or Regulatory Affairs in Italy
FinTech sector experience preferred (in-house or as a consultant)
Strong knowledge of Italian national politics; experience with EU dynamics is a plus
Deep understanding of national parliamentary procedures and European co-decision procedures
Proven track record in strategic advocacy and campaigns
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
