In this role you will support the Power Transmission Technical Service global strategy and help develop new technologies and processes. You will optimize extrusion operations across multiple plants, driving efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. You will coordinate CAPEX-driven initiatives and collaborate with IT, R&D, and procurement to align shop-floor solutions. The role emphasizes safe-by-design principles, standardization, and cross-functional execution to sustain continuous improvement. You will influence investment decisions and support NPD and scale-up efforts to improve existing products.

Responsabilità

Advise and support technical office managers on process issues to optimize performance
Coordinate extrusion process optimization initiatives across plants to improve efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
Monitor extrusion performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
Promote HSE safe-by-design approach in Process Capex across sites
Increase standardization and redundancy of manufacturing processes across sites
Support CAPEX and investment strategy, coordinating high-level project implementations with financial outcomes
Assist NPD and NPL scale-up of new products and improve existing ones
Define high-level IT shop-floor solutions (e.g., MES) and site process modifications
Leverage operational excellence platforms to align with Operations on improvement activities
Collaborate with the Technical Service Site Manager network and cross-functional peers (Purchasing, IT, R&D, OEM, ISM, Sales)
