Experteer Overview

As Propulsion Architect, you will lead propulsion activities across the project lifecycle, shaping chemical and electrical propulsion concepts and ensuring integration, verification, and operations. You will guide a cross-functional team, collaborate with suppliers, and support launches and in-orbit activities. This role combines technical depth in propulsion with program-level leadership in a dynamic satellite program. You will help advance mission-focused propulsion architectures in a global, customer-oriented environment.

Responsabilità

Technical Lead for chemical/electrical propulsion subsystems
Develop propulsion architectures and perform trade-offs
Lead design and development of propulsion subsystems
Technical management of propulsion subsystem subcontractors
Provide technical support to procurement of propulsion equipment
Lead verification and validation of propulsion subsystems
Support satellite AIT and verification activities
Support satellite proposals and system studies for propulsion topics
Prepare technical documentation
Participate in launch campaigns

Requisiti fondamentali

Engineering or doctoral degree in aerospace engineering, physics or comparable qualifications and professional experience
Experience in space business, especially with propulsion architectures, procurement, design and verification and validation processes
Strong knowledge of fluidics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems (stationary and dynamic)
Experience in satellite verification including participation to AIT campaigns
Good knowledge of Office Tools and DOORS
Excellent sense of responsibility

Ability to work in international teams
Fluency in spoken and written English
Assets: Experience with Deep Space missions
