In this Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end development, production, and integration programs to deliver on time, within budget, and to specification. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams to balance technical trade-offs, quality, and customer expectations. You will drive risk management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across complex, multidisciplinary programs. This position offers a chance to shape programs in aerospace/defense and related industries, aligning technical execution with customer needs and company goals. You will partner with customers, suppliers, and leadership to enable successful program outcomes and scalable solutions.

Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end program management for development, production, and integration projects
Define program scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with technical requirements and customer expectations
Collaborate with engineering teams to guide design reviews, technical trade-offs, and issue resolution
Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product and system issues
Act as primary program interface with customers, suppliers, and internal leadership
Provide clear communication on program status, risks, and mitigation plans
Manage customer requirements, change requests, and technical discussions
Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., aerospace, defense, industrial hydraulics)
Oversee test planning, qualification, and validation activities
Develop and manage program budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans
Prepare business cases and support proposals for new programs
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
5+ years of program or project management experience
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
