In this role you drive continuous improvement for the Novoara Plant line by promoting efficiency, quality, safety and energy performance. You work across production functions to engage line personnel and act as a change agent for improvement initiatives. You will contribute to planning, budgeting and long-term resolution of recurring issues, collaborating with Technical, Safety and Quality teams. This position offers impact through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration and hands-on testing to elevate plant performance.

Responsabilità

Identify and drive opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement within the line/area, coordinating a dedicated team to implement solutions
Support production planning with input on line stops, item mixes, tests and special requests
Participate in budgeting for Capex, KPIs, Quality, Safety and Environment and flag cost-saving opportunities
Analyze results to address recurring issues in efficiency, quality and safety, coordinating technical areas for lasting fixes and updating procedures as needed
Collaborate with Technical Area, Safety and Quality to design new layouts and machines, involving shift leaders and operators for shared assessment
Prepare and share reports (test results, startup data, project status, meeting notes) with involved functions
Suggest benchmarking activities with other Barilla sites and external companies to gather alternative inputs for improvements
